The Beaumont Coalition dba Bridges of Hope The Community Coalition was formed four years ago as churches began combining their efforts to address the issues in the community. It became recognizable, that you didn't have to travel across the world or into a foreign country to do the work of God in fact with the number of broken families, overwhelmed single-parent households, unemployment rate was climbing, crimes due to drugs increasing, and a struggling school system there's plenty to do right here in our own backyard; however the problems for many years have just grown bigger and bigger than any single Church congregation or organization can handle by itself so Bridges of Hope started to bring the community together to help bridge the gap with the two initiatives:
Personal & Professional Development Program (which includes the Christian Women's and Men's Job Corps) and the Educational Support Program.

You know a little education means a lot when it comes to getting a good job and providing a better life for your family!

That’s where Christian Women’s Job Corp comes in. We meet just once a week for 12 weeks and you can choose either a morning or evening class. Women who attend our classes come in two varieties—those who want to get more education; who want to the confidence and skills they need to apply for that “better job,” and who want their children to have a better life, or those who love to teach, mentor, share their gifts and walk beside another woman to encourage her struggles and celebrate her victories.
If either one of these ladies is you—get in touch with Christian Women’s Job Corp, whether you are the student or the volunteer, your life will be transformed.

Christian Men’s Job Corps exists to empower men to experience spiritual, personal,  and professional success. Success can appear in many forms earning a living wage, becoming restored spiritually, healing broken relationships, creating healthy generational traditions, and or giving back to his community.

The men in our program receive training in life skills and job readiness skills. Computer skills are taught as well. Each session is customized to meet the needs of the participants. Many topics of interest are offered to help with self improvement needs such as stress management, health and hygiene, and how to dress for the workplace.

Education Support Program

Education Support Program is a two-year family centered educational program offered by Bridges of Hope. Our Goal is to help our participants gain the education needed to better support themselves and their family. All while giving the support needed for them to succeed personally, educationally as well as spiritually.

Through a variety of community resources, participants become involved in many social, educational, and spiritual activities which help them grow into a stronger and more fulfilled person.
Participants develop skills and knowledge of healthy relationships, all while gaining skills for providing a safe, stable, and nurturing environment for their children. Through this they build the strength of their family and have a successful future.
